OneMedicalGroup approved by NHS England for its revolutionary LincUs Multiway Video Platform

LincUs Health and Wellbeing platform

OneMedicalGroup, a national health and wellbeing organisation delivering NHS services across the UK, has announced the launch of its LincUs Health and Wellbeing platform, to support the immediate need for digital healthcare solutions.

OneMedicalGroup has responded rapidly to aid the acceleration of the Digital First programme which aims to deliver key capabilities to all GP practices in England, many of which currently don’t have access to accredited consultation focused technology.

The organisation has swiftly implemented the digital solution which will support clinicians to consult with patients, in keeping with social distancing guidelines, as well as enable clinicians and other staff to work remotely.

As a provider of NHS primary, community and urgent care services, OneMedicalGroup understands first-hand patients’ and clinicians’ needs and have used this knowledge in partnership with digital expertise, to create a simple to use, health and wellbeing platform that incorporates video consultations.

LincUs Multiway video consultation platform sits within LincUs, an NHS Digital IG Assured, MHRA registered Class 1 Medical Device platform. LincUs has been in development for several years and offers a flexible, digital personal health and wellbeing record management and a communications platform which supports users to manage their health and wellbeing, including symptoms, fitness and lifestyle management. It empowers users to take control of their health and wellbeing, enabling them to effectively track and communicate with others.

The LincUs solution can also be used to monitor or manage patients, and condition groups, as well as individuals through data capture, analytics and visualisation in addition to supporting Population Health Management. The platform is in use across maternity, learning disabilities and wider healthcare settings.

Rachel Beverley-Stevenson, Co-Founder and Executive Chair of OneMedicalGroup, says: “At OneMedicalGroup, we believe in working to improve everyone’s health and wellbeing, which is why we launched the LincUs platform and we hope this can make a significant impact in keeping everyone well at this difficult time, as well as in the long term.

I am proud of the hard work and dedication that our team has shown in responding so rapidly. We are all about putting patients first and I am pleased that our innovative organisation is directly assisting the collaborative healthcare sectors response to COVID-19, with a focus on technology, and supporting our most vulnerable patients across the UK”.
