Trinity Kitchen has announced its newest line-up of street food vendors, including Jimmy Macks, Disco Dogs, Superbao Street Kitchen, JamRock and MorMor.

The five new arrivals are available to try at Trinity Kitchen for the next eight weeks, setting up shop within a converted VW Camper Van, a Citroen H van, a horse trailer, shipping container, and a J7 van.

First up, Jimmy Macks returns with their low, slow and smoked street food including mouth-watering soft shelled tacos with a variety of fillings such as beef brisket Birria – topped with mouth-watering homemade salsas, pickles and sauces for an extra kick. This time round they’ve added short rib to the beef brisket Birria and bone marrow to the gravy for even more flavour.

Disco Dogs has arrived with a selection of loaded fries and mouth-watering hot dogs, where guests can choose from either smoky, bacon, cheese or chilli dogs and can opt for an £11 meal deal or £14 beer deal.

For the fluffiest bao buns, head to Superbao Street Kitchen and choose from delicious fillings such as hoisin brisket, katsu chicken or Korean BBQ pulled pork, and finish off with a side of topped fries.

Discover traditional Caribbean cuisine from JamRock, with dishes inspired by bold Jamaican flavours, from succulent jerk chicken and curried goat to their fried chicken burger, chicken wings and ‘reggae wraps’, plus mouth-watering vegetarian and vegan options including barbecued jackfruit. Sides include fried dumplings, mac and cheese, plantain, and rice and peas.

New to the Trinity Kitchen scene is Levantine-inspired mezze kitchen, MorMor. Guests can get stuck in with a range of small plates packed with big flavours, like their homemade garlic fries, middle eastern mezze plates and flatbreads.

Josie Towning, Food and Beverage Manager at Trinity Leeds, said: “We are delighted to announce our latest line-up of street food vendors taking over our bespoke vans for the next eight weeks.

“Here at Trinity Kitchen, we are proud to serve a variety of flavours from across the globe all in one place, and we hope our guests enjoy the amazing dishes that our five fantastic new vendors will be serving up this spring”.
