Local housebuilder, Barratt Homes Yorkshire West is celebrating the launch of a brand-new development in Leeds.
To mark the launch of the site, the housebuilder invited MP Andrea Jenkyns of Morley and Outwood to St Andrew’s Place to officially open the sales office and three showhomes on site. St Andrew’s Place is a stylish development of two, three and four-bedroom homes in the popular market town of Morley.
During her visit, Andrea Jenkyns MP took a tour the new showhomes at St Andrew’s Place, which include the Ennerdale, the Radleigh and the Kingsville, and also learnt more about how the housebuilder will support first time buyers and affordable housing schemes.
Since 2013, Barratt Yorkshire West has helped over 1,600 buyers purchase their homes, using the Help to Buy government scheme, across the region. With already 30 reservations being made the new St Andrew’s Place development. The development also supports a number of other schemes including Discounted Market Value Plots and shared equity initiatives that make it easier for first-time buyers to get on to the property ladder.
