The Private Hill, a luxury 5 star glamping destination, café and bar sitting high in the hills of North Yorkshire has named Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice as its preferred supplier of the soft drink.

The café and bar at The Private Hill is frequented by those staying in the luxury accommodation, by passing trade and by those holding private functions at this stunning location.

Everything provided by the team at The Private Hill is high end, and wherever possible from the local area, which is where Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice hits the mark.

Roddy Hamilton, owner of The Private Hill, has invested £350,000 into this 5* Gold rated holiday destination boasting five stunning geodesic domes and said:

“We are very particular about the standards we set, and hold, for the food and drink we serve. The pressed cloudy apple juice from Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice is simply out of this world, just delicious. It’s perfect with breakfast, mixed into cocktails or for a healthy, refreshing drink at anytime. The fact that it’s local, award winning, carries a strong history, and is so family orientated suits us perfectly”.

Yorkshire Wolds Apple Juice, based in Malton, was recently acquired by Jon and Jane Birch from York and currently produces its traditional product, as well as some blended flavours, one including elderflower and another with rhubarb. Jane said:

“We are very proud of the standard of our juice and where it is retailed. We love the fact that The Private Hill has been such an immediate success and it has many people staying and visiting, most of which have enjoyed our product.  It is a privilege to supply our juice and work closely with Roddy whilst meeting the needs of his business and clientele.”

The Private Hill is an all year round glamping destination, which can be booked by the individual dome each sleeping up to two adults and two children, or it can be booked in its entirety, accommodating up to 8 adults and 8 children across four domes.

The café and bar has just moved onto its winter schedule and is now open Friday and Saturday from 10am until 7pm, and on Sundays from 10am until 4pm. From April 1st 2020 it will reopen throughout the week, but until then is also available any day of the week by appointment for private bookings, events and fine dining requests or at the request of guests staying for two nights or more on a private booking.
