Audio Visual Installation Services York – We recently completed a comprehensive audio visual installation project at Clifton Explore in York, enhancing their facilities with state-of-the-art technology. The project encompassed sound systems, a projector setup, and multiple TV display screens strategically placed throughout the building’s various activity and meeting areas.

Main Hall Transformation:

The main hall received a powerful audio and visual upgrade. We installed four Optimal Audio Cuboid 8 speakers, mounted high on Powerdrive wall brackets to ensure optimal sound distribution. To enrich the audio experience, we incorporated two Optimal Audio Sub 10 bass speakers, adding depth and resonance. User-friendly control was achieved with two Cloud LM2 input connection plates, providing local volume adjustment.

For presentations and visual displays, we implemented an Epson 7000 Lumens WUXGA projector, secured with a PVM short throw bracket. This high-performance projector projects onto a stunning Elite Saker Tab Tensioned Electric Projection Screen with a 135-inch diagonal, creating a truly immersive viewing experience. A Lindy HDMI over CAT6 wall-mounted plate and a local HDMI input plate were installed, allowing for seamless presentations from both the front and back of the hall.

Activity Rooms Enhanced:

In Activity Room One, we installed a Samsung 75-inch commercial TV display screen paired with a Bose VB1 Videoconferencing Sound Bar. This all-in-one solution boasts built-in microphones, speakers, and an integrated 4K camera, perfect for video conferencing and collaborative activities. Complementing the sound bar, we added four Cloud CSC6 ceiling speakers, a Cloud LM2 volume control plate, and a Cloud BT1 Bluetooth Plate for versatile audio options.

Activity Rooms Two and Three were equipped with four Cloud CSC6 ceiling speakers, a Cloud LM2 volume control plate, and a Cloud BT1 Bluetooth Plate. Each room also features a Samsung 55-inch commercial TV display screen with a local HDMI connection, providing seamless connectivity for various multimedia applications.

Café and Children’s Library Upgrades:

The café area now benefits from six Cloud CSC5 ceiling speakers seamlessly integrated into the ceiling grid. Along with a Cloud LM2 volume control plate and a BT1 Bluetooth Plate, the café offers a pleasant audio ambiance. A Samsung 65-inch commercial TV display screen was installed for digital signage and displaying important information to customers.

The children’s library received a focused audio solution with a pair of Cloud CSC5 ceiling-mounted speakers. These speakers, coupled with a Cloud LM2 volume control plate and a Cloud BT1 Bluetooth Plate, provide a dedicated zone for local music playback and engaging audio content.

Meeting Room Standardization:

Across six additional meeting rooms, we installed Samsung 55” commercial TV display screens with local HDMI connection plates discreetly installed in the trunking below, providing a consistent and professional AV setup for meetings and presentations.
