Leading global electronics manufacturer and Gold Tier Partner of Leeds United, Hisense has launched an exciting and innovative in-store activation in Currys’ Leeds Birstall store, allowing customers and fans the chance to win a series of exclusive prizes.
The interactive activation will not only promote the tech giant’s long-standing partnership with Leeds United, but also provides a fun and engaging way for fans to connect with the brand and win a selection of prizes which include brand-new Hisense products and Leeds United signed merchandise.
The front-of-store activation at Currys Leeds Birstall, gives customers the chance to take on Hisense’s Batak Challenge – an interactive game where competitors must hone their reactions and hand-eye coordination to try and hit as many lights as possible in just 60 seconds, all in an effort to try and beat a high-score set by ex-Leeds United striker, Jermaine Beckford.
The ex-Leeds United player, turned pundit, took on the Hisense challenge pitch-side at Elland Road, setting a high score of 77! His attempt was recorded and is being shown on a brand-new Hisense Mini LED U7K TV as part of the activation, to entice customers to get involved. Don’t worry, fans don’t need to beat Jermaine’s score to take home the prizes, instead they must simply share a video or picture on social media of them taking on the challenge using #Hisense for a chance to win a signed Leeds United ball.
The activation also includes a Hisense washing machine, which has been stashed with a random number of Leeds United football socks, and those that can correctly guess how many, are in with the chance to win a Hisense U7K 55” TV, amongst other LUFC themed prizes.
